On a day to day basis, RARAF is operated by a staff of three physicists. They provide a number of services in addition to operating, maintaining and developing the accelerator. Members of the staff perform most irradiations and dosimetry, develop specialized dosimetry devices and methods, provide computer support, help users design their experiments, do collaborative research with some users, and also perform their own research in radiological physics.
